Due to our commitment to process orders quickly and provide a speedy delivery, once the checkout process is complete our warehouse is immediately notified to pick up the order and prepare it for shipment. If any order has been processed for shipment, then we will not accept any cancellation.

Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is processed for shipment.

If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges with restocking fee will apply).
